Shipping and Returns

At Pure Radiant Energy (PRE) it is important to us that our customers are completely happy with the quality and results of all of our products. Should you for any reason be unsatisfied with your purchase, we can issue a full refund to your credit card. Please follow instructions below:

- Products must have been originally purchased directly from pureradiantenergy.com. We cannot accept returns purchased from other retailers.

- Products must be returned within 30 days of original order date and be accompanied with a copy of your receipt and reason for the return. We ask for the reason for the return because we are always striving to improve upon our customer service. 

- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

- For a refund please Email info@pureradiantenergy.com prior to sending back your product(s). You will be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. The RMA No. must be clearly marked on the outside of the box. A copy of the receipt and/or invoice must be in the box. DO NOT SEND BACK PRODUCT(S) WITHOUT EMAILING FIRST AND OBTAINING AN RMA #.

- Product(s) sent back without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will not be refunded.

- Ship the product(s) back using a courier service that provides a tracking number. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product(s) back and ensuring that it arrives safely to us.

- A refund will be issued once product(s) have been received.

- To make an exchange please Email info@pureradiantenergy.com before sending back your product(s).

- For damaged items received, please Email info@pureradiantenergy.com. For the quickest replacement, please take a digital photograph of the damaged item(s) and Email to us. If this is not possible, please Email and we will make other arrangements. The broken item(s) will be replaced and PRE will instruct you on what to do with the broken item(s).
